CANCELATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made within this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost.
LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. all attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client will be charged for the last minute cancellation.
REFUND POLICY: At Blue Cactus Salon we pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
